Hello everyone,

I am trying to get a NISA account with Monex and I already run into trouble to fill the web form to receive their paper. I know some other people had issue in the past.

Anyway, I managed to fill out the form by removing my middle name and I am planning to add them back into the hard copy of the paper work. Do you think that's a sensible way to approach the issue?

Last question, if they get back to me and just say their IT systems can't accommodate my long name. Is Rakuten securities any better regarding this issue?

Any advice really appreciated.

i had it quite recently -completely infuriating.
would probably work .
on the hard copy the middle name will be rammed together with first name in katakana so it all fits.

this must be the same as the bank acct name you are transferring from and also as per you alien card otherwise you are stuck.
