Obtaining Medallion Signature Guarantee in Japan

Has anyone had to deal with a US estate?
The U.S. stock company is saying that I need a Medallion Signature Guarantee in order to transfer my deceased mother’s stocks. Does anyone know where I can get this done in Japan?
No, the US embassy does not provide this service.
