Is there a cheaper expense version of QQQ on Rakuten sec?

I know this board highly recommends the emaxi slim series for their super low MER, but a quick search for a tech heavy focused fund doesn’t come up with anything. I just want to make sure I didn’t miss anything: is QQQ the best bet we got for being heavy in tech?

There's the emaxis and iFree nasdaq100 and those don't suffer from double taxation. Someone else might have the numbers but emaxis Nasdaq has a fee of 0.44% which is well above QQQ's so I'm not sure if the double taxation bit makes up for that.

Is anything like VGT or XLK available here? Maybe SMH?
I think any 'growth' ETF would be tech heavy, and there are quite a few of those around.

Aside from the emaxis and iFree nasdaq100 there are a couple of ETFs:
2631 (no hedge) and
2632 (with hedge).
