Mortgage comparison website Japan

A couple of years ago I found a really good mortgage comparison website that allowed you to select between many variables. What I found specifically helpful was the ability to search for the type of mortgage (35 year flat), down payment amount (100%) and ability complete the entire mortgage process online (so I can see everything in writing in front of me and I don’t have to deal with shifty bank shysters).
Unfortunately, I can’t find that site anymore. Looking around I’ve been able to find sites that have one or two of those parameters, but not all. Anybody come across a good site like that?

Kakaku.com?
https://kakaku.com/housing-loan/
I've mentioned this site before but
https://mogecheck.jp is very interesting. It puts in your details and asks financial institutions to, in effect, bid for your business. Honestly not sure how it works in practice but it was recommended by a financial youtuber and I thought the idea was interesting.

I don't think that's what they do. Judging by the description on their site, they just apply for pre-check at many banks at once, and then select the best offers out of the passed ones. So banks don't bid for anyone, they just either accept or reject one's application.
I wonder how it works, considering that real estate agents advise to not apply for pre-check at too many banks, because for some reason it lowers chances of passing. I'm not sure if I believe them, though.
