I ran the kanji through google translate and it’s as clear as mud. I understand the bottom one.
I wondered where is came from.
Is this normal.

Any help to clarify would greatly appreciated.

他 means "other". And 待機資金 means something like "cash float".

It's cash that represents change left over from the last investment. It'll be bundled up into the next month's investment. Basically you can always expect to see a small amount of cash floating around due to how the investments are made. I wouldn't worry about it.

That’s explains in very clearly and put my mind at ease. Am I thinking correctly when you say “how e investments are made” you maybe referring to the monthly timing?
