Love that! I ran the simulation many times trying to win but every single time I shorted just before it went to another all-time-high.
This is the mental reminder that the market can't be timed.

That kind of settles the argument (currently going on a separate thread) around "should I invest now, even though the market price is higher than it's ever been?"
