Bumble IPO - Rakuten
Hoping to purchase some shares in Bumble (BMBL) when they IPO, but not used to the method for investing from Japan. I know on Rakuten I can search under the "foreign stocks" section, but what is the time difference like? I'm only used to investing in funds there, so not sure if we have to wait additional time compared to the US, and other random admin things I may not have even considered. Any ideas?

Japanese brokers do not handle American IPOs. Best bet in Japan is Interactive Brokers, IBKR.
