Request an ETF from your broker?

I am with both Rakuten Securities and SBI, and neither broker lists a sweet little ETF that I've had on my watchlist and am now ready to buy, ticker IGV. Is it possible to request your broker to start listing an ETF? Has anyone done this before and could tell me the proper channels, either on Rakuten or SBI?

*edit: it's an iShares fund, and both list several other ETFs from iShares, just not this particular one

Thanks always!

Would you throw ARKK on there for me? Too late now probably....

SBI also has a form. I have done this in the past and it got added 2-3 months later. Not sure, if that was only because of me though.

Right on, thanks for the links!

I requested both IGV and ARKK on both Rakuten and SBI. Maybe if you request them too, it'll look like there's lots of interest :)
I'll update the post once they get added (if they do).
