Are Vanguard ETFs the best way to get exposure to US Corporate Bonds?

There seem to be very few good choices for Ex-Japan corporate bond trusts through Rakuten and other brokers.

The best option I could find would be to purchase a Vanguard ETF. That would still only give access to American corporate bonds.

I am currently 10% FTSE World Government Bond Index, but I want to relocate to include corporate bond holdings.

Are there other options out there I am missing?
