Someone visited my home to give “pension guidance”

Not long after I signed up for IdeCo, a postcard was in my mailbox that said a rep from “Ivisit” had knocked on my door and had “important guidance about the National Pension system.” It wants me to call them.
A private company, they seem legit, appearing on the Nenkin Net website. Their own site says they deal with nenkin “non-payment” and other matters.
Has anyone else dealt with these people? I’m wondering if I should respond.
There are gaps from long ago when I didn’t pay Nenkin, but in the past, the office told me I can’t pay them retro-actively, apart from the 2-year grace plan (which I did). I now have about 27 years’ worth of payments, including Kosei. I am a believer in state pensions like nenkin and wouldn’t mind upping my benefits, if possible.
Should I purse this or will it spell trouble for me? Any advice or experience would be appreciated!
