Mothers and JASDAQ and IPOs

When it comes to IPOs in Japan companies seem to have two main options for listing, Mothers, and JASDAQ. Strangely they both exist on the same exchange.
It seems you would want to have multiple securities accounts, as the IPO stock is mainly concentrated with a single Securities company, and other exchanges only get 1% of the IPO stock. You seem to need to enter a lottery to apply to purchase on the IPO date.
I assume diehard IPO investors simply have 8-10 securities accounts.
Does anyone have experience with IPO investing?

Afraid I don't have any experience with IPO investing but was curious if you (or anyone else) knows how to invest in a foreign IPO from Japan (if this is even possible)? The Ant IPO looks interesting (

Your best bet would be going through IBKR, International Brokers.

I've been investing my time in IPO's since 2013.
IPO asks for diligence and patience.
My rule of tumble has been, beat in all "Mothers".
Now I beat in JASDAQ, also.
For the 12 months, I have not had a luck.
So these days, I am taking it slow and only doing through SBI and Mizuho where is the money that is not invested in index funds.
SBI is done online.
Mizuho, I have to make a call.
