Asking for Advice about UK Pension and NI

Thanks for the advice again, I wrote them asking them to Pay Class 3. And cut and pasted the criteria from their own website and from the form showing 3 years of living in UK makes you eligible to pay class 3. I also included my undergrad transcript covering 1997-2002, luckily I failed a year at uni
