Also filling this out and I'll opt for "Ordinarily Resident - Yes" based on the advice in this thread.
Couple questions:
1) For "Question 21 - 5 Volunteer Development Workers - What is your salary or wage?", as I'm not a volunteer dev worker can I leave this blank?
2) Can I enter anything for the reference in Direct Debit section? It's the same length as NI number, so wondered whether it should be that. Or whether there's another reference I should be using from my gov.uk account.
