With the exception of the family support and government loans most of these government subsidies and grants will be counted as part of your salary when you file your tax return next year. I recommended the rental support to a fellow school owner, and he wouldn't take it because of this and he suffered quite a reduction of turnover.

7. ¥300,000 subsidy (not loan) for companies from city hall. We got one anyway, no idea about other cities. It wasn't widely publicised so it's worth checking in with your city to see if there's anything similar available.
