It's basically to avoid you using Paypay as a credit card cashing tool. If you charge your Paypay with a Paypay CC or Softbank account, you get the Paypay money on your account but it's considered Paypay Money Lite. You can transfer this to other people but it will still be Money Lite on their account. The only restriction on this is you cannot withdraw the money by transferring it to a bank account.

Unless you have a reason to keep the existing name on those accounts, your bank should offer a way to change it so as to match what you need it to be (although I think even then there can be problems with specific katakana characters).
At least I have had success with name changes (corrections), but some regional banks may be unfamiliar with non-Japanese names I guess.

You have to pay,so cheaper to get a new acct..kids are japanes but still have middle name...
