in the case of Monex: 170yen each month I buy, or if i don't buy 66yen. (correct?)
This one i didn't really understand: 受取時（振込の都度）(At the time of receipt (Every time you transfer)?

got it.
so when i cash out when im 60, ill have to pay 440yen?! not that much haha
