I've not tried it myself, but it was mentioned in one of the posts from last week's Monday read, I believe. I thought it sounded interesting at the time. I prefer self-discipline, but if that's not working, it could be an option.

It was suspicious that an app that just runs on your phone required an email addres, and ironically they sent me a stream of productivity and attention destroying emails advertising features and paid plans, before I even had a chance to try it out.
