One option is Bali. I spent a lot of years there working but there were loads of retired foreigners there. You can get retirement visa from the age of 55, and it's very affordable to have household staff. Plus all the usual stuff like nice beaches, great people, lovely food etc. Even the medical care is getting better than it was.

The Portugal golden visa looks interesting -it's a path to citizenship so would be a way to secure an EU passport. Looks like they are going to phase it out though so a bit risky to commit to...
