It may be using leverage (borrowing to increase effective holdings), or options, or some very active churning (buying in and then out around the ex-div dates). Or all of those things.
That's not a dividend stock portfolio in any sense. Avoid.

Maybe I’m looking at the wrong tab on the SBI website. All other dividend stock options I see that are NISA compatible are similar to the one I posted above.
SBI Dividend yield ranking:

https://site0.sbisec.co.jp/marble/fund/ ... =232315185
https://site0.sbisec.co.jp/marble/fund/ ... =229311148

Can someone please suggest a good dividend stock fund with SBI for me to consider?

A normal dividend yield might be in the 2-7% range. Anything in double digits is suspect.

In your case I would urge your to look at low-cost diversified global funds.
Your instinct to simply pick the highest yield fund without looking at fees , strategy, or holdings suggest you might benefit from a bit more study.

I couldn't agree more; that's why I am seeking recommendations for a good dividend stock. I plan to study it and understand why it is considered good. Initially, I was thinking of relying on SBI's Dividend Fund ranking, assuming that if it's popular, it must be good. However, I wasn't all that surprised to discover that the stock ranked second by SBI, with a dividend yield of 24%, is a terrible one... it is just too good to be true.

Ok I'll take a look at the Nomura - U.S. Stock Dividend Aristocrat, thanks!

I would suggest not pursuing dividend investing unless you can answer why you feel it is a superior strategy to whole-market investing.
I would suggest reading through this, but feel free to ignore bonds as we are in Japan.

A basic plan.....
save a lot
buy low cost, widely diversified funds,
allocate funds tax-efficiently,
and stick closely to a plan.
On dividends, a decent primer on why not to give them too much focus.

Hello,
l'm hoping someone could help me with this: Is there a significant difference (aside from currency exchange rate) between investing directly in the VYM ETF in USD through SBI and getting a Japanese fund that benchmarks the VYM, like the SBI-SBI V US High Dividend Stock Index Fund? My income is in USD, so I could transfer USD to my brokerage account.

For me, there's a lot more psychological pain involved with a direct US ETF investment when I see with my own eyes the 30% being taken off the dividends in combined taxes.
