How do you purchase the same fund with multiple sources. For example 50,000 from Rakuten card and 50,000 from 証券口座 for Emaxis Slim All Country?
Edit: You have to add it multiple times.

Set up the New NISA reservation in Rakuten. Was pretty easy since I already had CC and Rakuten Cash auto-purchase set up for my tokutei account.

I cant seem to find the Tsumitate Settings for the Old Tsumitate NISA once I set for the new NISA tsumitate. I was under the impression that I am able to still contribute to the new NISA... Am I wrong in thinking this??

Thank you! It is nice to be able to use Rakuten card and Rakuten cash together for the whole. I went 100% Emaxis Slim All Country. They have a proven track record and excellent management.
I only managed to transition the RCard setting, but when I now try to setup the RCash part, it only offers me the three usual destination choices, which only includes the "normal" Nisa, not the tsumitate segment.
Of course I am also trying to do it for eMaxxis Slim All Country. - any hidden tricks?
Tsumitate Wrestler, how did you manage to set up both, RCard and RCash to each pay into Tsumitate Nisa 2024?

This seems strange, do you have a screenshot?
Have you set up R-Cash yet? Mine was previously being used, so the option was already offered to me.

I learned that if you haven't setup RCash before, the 'upgrade' option is broken if you want to choose the same fund as the Card tsumitate. It just replaces the Card tsumitate with the Cash tsumitate. I was forced to choose the Rakuten All World fund for a family member because of this.

Thank you for the quick replies.
I had initially charged / setup RCash prior to my post. On an evening attempt, I somehow managed to setup that second JPY50k portion as contemplated, hence query has resolved.
But don't asked me for details on how it worked out at the end as the loops seem some what counterintuitive.
Not sure on Rakuten-Sec's hurry to get this all setup before year end either, but don't care anymore at this point.

Sorry for the jump in here. I’m a we but lost.
Does this mean we have to set it up, rather than Rakuten automatically renewing our TNISA into the NEW NISA this up for us?

Your current settings carry over. However, if you are in the fortunate position to afford to increase your monthly investments you may want to increase that to a maximum of 10 万 monthly.
With R-Cash (5万) and Credit card (5万) you can gain .5% points monthly (500 points). Which more than covers the fee of most mutual funds.

Thanks for confirming that. I will make a single large deposit in January.
Then carry on.
