HMRC told me they sent me letter but it hasn't arrived after two months.

Ok, finally arrived today. about two and a half months later.

I noticed the envelope has priority stamped on it.

I just also got a letter about voluntary NI contributions. Previously, this arrived in March or April, I think.
So HMRC is definitely struggling with getting things out on time at the moment.
