Updating Resident card -> Some difficulties

Maybe it's different for Securities companies? They're basically saying they didn't keep track of your resident card expiration so whatever lol
Pretty shocking right? Compared to SBI and Monex.

I wonder if they are even in compliance? I mean it is an almost farcical response.

Rakuten has never asked me for anything.
