Yeah, I am trying to game the system by asking for higher annual limits and longer tax-free investment periods as many times as possible

My personal preference now would be tsumitate NISA with a much higher limit (1.2m+) and unlimited duration.

Exact same here I’ve done three so far on different wifi connections so they hopefully won’t realize it’s the same person.

I don't think they are savvy enough to know that it's from the same person even if you use same device, same browser and same internet connections.
For what's its worth, I did it twice.

FSA receives 30 million responses to its survey, even though there are only about 7 million NISA accounts open at the moment...
