Inexpensive Voluntary auto insurance premium

Dear all,

I was on the lowest non-fleet rank of 20 for several years before claiming insurance recently. That has bumped me up to rank 17, and my premium doubled (downgraded from my gold driver's license too). My insurance company SBI also started charging distance based premiums. There is a 23000 yen difference at non-fleet rank 17 between one who drives less than 5000 Km and one who drives more than 15000 Km annually (which I did and my premium increased even more).

I am driving a Prius, more than 20,000 Km annually. I also have sharyo hoken, economy plan, not full coverage. I and my spouse are the only insured drivers, and we are in the highest age group (for maximum discount). May I know of any insurance provider who will charge less than 70000 yen to a 'Blue' licensed driver at non-fleet rank 17.
