Guys,
Does TSEX (or other stock exchange in Japan) is selling ETFs which would follow US indexes such as S&P500 etc? Like SPY
Also bonds, like BND
Are they available for purchase, paying in yen?
A link would be great. One problem: I cannot read kanji...
Any ideas?

Assuming you are not a US citizen, you have three options:
Buy US-listed ETFs (most brokers have these)
Buy Japan-listed ETFs
Buy Japanese mutual funds (these are very competitive recently)
You will need enough Japanese to complete the application to open a broker account. Once you have it you really only need a handful of buttons
Alternatively an international broker like Interactive Brokers might be a good option.

As far as I am aware, there are no brokers in Japan with English language service. If someone knows of one, would love to hear about it!
