Starting the 12th of November

Right on time before starting my iDeCo!
EDIT: It seems that they are trying to compete with SBI Vanguard S&P 500 (which follows VOO)
However, I'm concerned that they won't be changing the fees in SBI (currently is 0.165%以内 in SBI) and "before the change" the documentation I'm seeing mentions is 0.15%以内.
Additionally, the SBI Vanguard fund is a direct competitor of the eMAXIS Slim米国株式(S&P500)so I'm concerned that they won't be offering the same super-low fees in SBI?
Thoughts?

It seems SBI offer that fund in their Select iDeCo, so should be fine.TelecInvestor wrote: ↑Sat Oct 19, 2019 4:18 pm Additionally, the SBI Vanguard fund is a direct competitor of the eMAXIS Slim米国株式(S&P500)so I'm concerned that they won't be offering the same super-low fees in SBI?

Guys ,
Recently fees for indexes are reducing on such a "regular basis". What is going on? Why Shoken companies give up their profits? Sorry I feel something fishy here.

Hmmmm... Isn't it making fees more comparable with those around the world?
Vanguard expense ratios for their S&P 500 funds are around 0.04%...

Its competition. With Tsumitate Nisa and iDeco, Funds are attracting more interest than before. And as most index based funds only difference in costs, it is what people will compare. Now if that would just also had an effect on the company 企業型確定拠出年金.

Following with the topic, what are your feels between S&P500 vs the full offer of developed countries?
I was going for the second since fees were lower but now that that former is cheaper, I feel on making a much more S&P500ish portfolio, and always trying to minimize fees. I feel that both might give similar returns (or even maybe S&P500 might give more?) and minimizing fees is quite important in the long run.
What are your thoughts on this?

Not directly related to funds, but a good read: How Discount Brokerages Make Money.

My personal take is that the US may be a little expensive right now compared to other developed and especially emerging markets, so I prefer to buy an all-country fund.TelecInvestor wrote: ↑Mon Oct 21, 2019 4:22 am Following with the topic, what are your feels between S&P500 vs the full offer of developed countries?
