What is your best non-monetary investment?

My motorbike (125cc scooter). I save a tonne on train fares and I get to my destinations faster. I am mildly claustrophobic so the crowded trains here are a challenge for me. Virtually no cost to park it anywhere. Great for day to day shopping too. It is also just fun to ride.

Downside - odds of death much higher.

2nd is a decent road bike. Japan is one of the best places in the world for road riding.
