Kodomo NISA under consideration

Somehow completely missed this, but the government is considering creating a new Kodomo NISA for under 18s.

Would love to see this happen.

Looks like the proposal is to allow under-18s to use the tsumitate portion of NISA, which would be pretty cool.

It would use up their lifetime allowance I guess which kind of makes it less unfair, but they would get an extra decade or two of compounding...
