Best bank for my needs

Hi all,

First post, be gentle! I live in Japan and may be moving to the US or UK shortly for a few years before coming back here. I will still be receiving salary from Japan during this time.

- I am looking for a bank that will allow me to use their online banking system from outside the country.
- I don't need to withdraw money from ATMs to use in the US
- If there is a Japanese bank that would give me financing for purchases or a business loan in another country that would be ideal.

Has anyone been in a similar position? Are there other things I should be looking for? Any advice would be appreciated.
