Paying into Rakuten Securities account with credit card

Post by JimmyK »

Hi all. I’ve opened a Rakuten Securities account and wish to fund it via my Japan credit card. Is that possible? Couldn’t find any instructions on the Rakuten website.

I believe the only option is to use a Rakuten credit card to buy certain mutual funds, up to 100,000 yen a month.

+ 50000 w/ Rakuten cash also via your Rakuten cc.

You can also do this for Gold, silver and platinum. (Not recommended).
