Thanks for that. I'm still processing as much info as I can to decide whether REITs are worth it for Japan-based investors. Bit of a mixed report card here.

Mmm...up to you.
I don't see any benefit personally. Perhaps when I am trying to preserve my portfolio and not grow it?

Someone described them as offering the risk of equity with the returns of bonds...
