Steady on there, you don't want post from the vipers' lawyers advising they are sueing you for defamation.

Disclaimer: it is not my intention to disparage those who self-identify as vipers, or indeed any members of the wider reptile community.

It’s interesting how the law is structured if they are not registered in Japan there is absolutely nothing you can do if your out of pocket because of them yet if you defame them they can make trouble for you

My friend worked for Scottish widows back in the day and all he did was get the financial advisors to push their products by financially incentivizing them. They’d get their commissions for the length of the policy. Ofcourse they also had their entertainment funds, to take the advisor out for lu ch, dinner and the ofcourse drinkies. Not to mention the mid-selling scandals. Read a few books, ask the forum, and in my humble opinion stay away from anyone who says.”we can pick and choose what to buy and when to sell”
I suppose if you can fill this years NISA do that, then fill next years long term NISA. We have filled our long term NISA element and we will sell our funds again from our other fund(set up 20 years ago) and fill up next years long term nisa too.
