Accessing NISA Guide on via Gumtree

Hi,

I bought the new NISA guide online the other day and received an email receipt. But, I can't seem to access the content. Everything I click just takes me back to a page asking me to leave a review. A message also popped offering access via the app, so I downloaded that -- I see it in my library there, but can't open it. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong -- I've never used this service before. Anyone have any ideas? I have emailed the Gumtree people about it.
