Kanji reading app

Used to be a free app that could tell you the reading of the kanji in a Japanese article or newspaper if you hovered over itwith your mouse.cant find it anymore..can anyone suggest one they use? Thanks

The one I used before was rikaichan

I’m still using it. On chrome look for the rikaikun extension.

does this work on mobile ?i didnt think it did?only on laptop?

Can't speak to mobile, but I think Rikaichan is no longer in active development and may no longer work with current browsers. It's been superseded by Yomichan which does the same thing.

On my iPhone, I just highlight the text then pick lookup which should provide multi lingual definitions.. and the all important reading.
