SBI証券 and your nationality

Finally managed to get SBI to update my nationality!

Despite me sending them a 住民票, the plonker at SBI thought I wanted to change my nationality from British to Japanese, for some reason!
I called them yesterday and they asked me to resend the 住民票 or a copy of my zairyu card; I sent both.
This morning, I logged in, and voilà :

Their phone line is insanely busy.
Nine times out of ten I was told by automated message to wait a while and call back.
