Insurance for AirBnB or Guesthouse

Hello and all the best for 2024.

Do any of the magnanimous and learned members of this forum have any recommendations for insurance covering an Airbnb or Rental property? Lord and Lady Ferret are thinking of buying and renovating an old property in the country and want to be covered in the case of fire or some other natural calamity. It would be under a company umbrella and not a private enterprise. Thank you

Our rental cottage is insured through JA. If the property is in a rural area they seem a good option and they paid up promptly on the one claim we have had to make.
