Investment trusts in NISA - Contract or Delivery Date?

Hey RetireJapan community,

Quick query: for NISA purposes, is the relevant date the contract or delivery date? Looking to invest in EMAXIS Slim All Country with leftover 2023 Regular NISA allowance. If I order today, the contract date is 21st Dec, and delivery is 27th Dec. What should be the last date to pour everything under 2023 NISA?

So basically, delivery date is relevant for NISA purposes. The last date to invest in emaxis slim global stocks all country under 2023 NISA should be 22nd Dec.23 before 3pm.
