Please post any question you like, about personal finance, investing, retirement, life in Japan, or anything else you can think of

Here’s one for you:
The emaxi slim funds are pretty popular on this forum but how likely is it that a new, better fund is launched in the future? Or how likely is it that fees are raised or some other conditions change so that it isn’t that great any longer? How often should you check if you have the best fund available?

And the answer: make sure to check (or update ) https://retirewiki.jp/wiki/Japanese_global_index_funds which is in turn a poor man's version of the Shintaro Money article https://shintaro-money.com/world-index-funds/.
Re: 100th YouTube video Q&A
I think the exit tax and its relation to status of residence, especially spouse/PR, is a good topic. A bit easy to have a "don't know don't care" attitude about it until it's too late.

Is there anything you’ve changed your mind or opinion on since starting RJ? Also, hindsight being 20/20 and all, what are some things you wish you would have done differently since moving to Japan? (Not necessarily financial related)

That is two questions!
Very nice though. Added to the list!
I'll have to think about them -especially the second one.

Ooohh these are interesting
- What is your step by step "just do this and don't worry about anything else" plan for new investors
- What do you wish people could unlearn about investing
- What is your biggest challenge when trying to help people
Re: 100th YouTube video Q&A
1 How much is enough? (just kidding)
2 How important is keeping cash in different currencies, especially if you live here and plan to retire here?
3 How complicated is the process in Japan to declare inherited overseas money/property?
4 And where is the best place to get official advice on the taxes involved?

Aiming to retire at 60 and live for a while longer. 95% index funds (eMaxis Slim etc), 5% Japanese dividend stocks.
