How safe is Rakuten?
Rakuten Group itself is struggling under the heavy burden of its mobile business. This makes me concerned about using Rakuten as a NISA brokerage. Thoughts anyone?

Doesn't matter. Rakuten doesn't own the securities or positions in your NISA or brokerage account that is hosted there.

Nothing to worry about. As discussed in the other thread, having more than 1 brokerage may spread the risk a little.

Aiming to retire at 60 and live for a while longer. 95% index funds (eMaxis Slim etc), 5% Japanese dividend stocks.
