Trying to use the e-tax system, on the Japanese tax-qualified invoicing ID website But it just says "loading" forever

I'm trying to use the e-tax system on the Japanese tax-qualified invoicing ID website.

But it just says "loading" and never changes. Has anybody used this before?

Change your operating system locale to Japanese. Yes, really.

Changing the language fixed it.
