After that, sometimes you are just delighted to get more than a word or two out of them...continuing to improve their English can become a real battle.

Well not my own definitely, but time will fix that.

We don't speak Japanese at home so it's pretty normalized. He goes to an English only daycare on Saturdays and watches only English content. 80% of his books are English, etc.
