Creating Yucho account app

Hello,
Has anyone ever had an issue with opening a yucho app(japan post) to allow for direct money transfer to Rakuten.
While registering I keep getting an error that it is either my code, birthday, or name that is a problem. I am certain that I wrote my name in katakana as instructed, input my correct birthday and also the bank account but I’m still in a constant loop.
Will be glad to hear if anyone ever had this issue.
PS: I tried going to JP post but they keep saying I do it online

Yes. Doing this for 3 accounts. No issues so I can't help you, I am afraid.

Maybe check what name is written in your bank book. I had the same issue in the past with another service.

Thank you for everyone’s reply. After some tinkering, it seemed if I selected “ 入金お知らせ” which translated to payment notice then I had the glitch(don’t know why they input it as an option as it is a persistent problem). Nonetheless this might come as future reference for someone. It was only when I didn’t select it that I was able to proceed.
