Seeking independent real estate consultant, Tokyo

Hi there,

We'll be looking for an apartment to buy in the next year or two and were wondering if there's any independent consultancy firm in Tokyo that gives advice on mortgages (sensible limit and repayment schedule, location, resale prospects, etc.) for a per-session fee rather than from commission. We have naturally consulted with our good host first but also wanted someone Tokyo-based to get an opinion from if possible.

Any tips gratefully received.
