Could someone direct me toward a low-expense investment for a Japanese national, perhaps an investment that would be similar to the Vanguard 500 Index Fund or the Fidelity 500 Index Fund (historical returns of 6 to 11 percent)? Would there also be something similar to the Vanguard Target Retirement funds or the Fidelity Freedom funds (historical returns of 6 to 8 percent)?
