Minus 3000 I can already get from Rakuten Cash (although I decided that's not worth the effort either, they made a simple system very complicated, they even can't understand it themselves and had to send out multiple apology emails recently).

Rakuten's system is a nightmare to use, but SBI is actually quite easy. I would recommend it to anyone with an SMBC card.

The normal Rakuten CC tsumitate still works but only gives you 0.2% versus 0.5% for Rakuten Cash and 0.5% for SMBC Regular.
