Rakuten Bank toto lottery and Rakuten Securities Account.

Hello,

When I was registering for a Rakuten Bank account I was given the option to apply for Rakuten Bank toto lottery and Rakuten Securities Account.

Can somebody tell me what these are exactly?

Why do you say that? My impression is that SBI, Monex, and Rakuten are broadly similar in terms of products, fees, and functionality.
