Using someone else's bank account to pay NI in the UK while living abroad

Post by Block »

Hello,

Can anyone answer my questions.

If I want to use someone else's bank account to pay NI in the UK while living abroad (e.g. a relatives) do I put them down as an agent on part 6 of the form CF83? Or just fill in their bank details in the instructions to your bank section of form CF83?

Thank you.

Sounds like if you do that, they'll write to your agent to ask for the payments.

My guess is you should *not* fill out the direct debit section in this case.
