Hi there,
I couldn't find any reference to this in previous posts but was wondering if anyone has any experience of changing your mortgage to a buy-to-let type loan in Japan with your bank?
I'm with Shinsei and was just looking out for what kind of things to bear in mind, how much the interest is likely to rise or perhaps anyone who has been able to avoid doing it?
Thanks in advance!

Re: Mortgage to Buy to Let
If you are planning to let your current primary residence, they may give you permission without changing the terms of your Mortgage. This is often the case. Please ask at your bank.
