(Rakuten Sec) Dividend withholding certificate

Hi,
I guess this is more of a question about Rakuten Sec user interface. I am new user and have started investing this year using Rakuten. I have some dividends coming in from US stocks with 10% withheld in US and 20% deducted in the Tokutei account. I was wondering,

1. Where can I download the withholding statement for the 10% which is withheld in the US? I tried searching through the website but seem to be going round in circles.

2. I am assuming that I need to submit the details while doing year-end taxes to claim refund for the 10% withheld in US (under DTAA between US-Japan). Does it need to be submitted in specific format or can I submit the Rakuten download as-is?

Although probably not relevant to this but I am non-US citizen with tax domicile in Japan.

I appreciate if anyone with experience of claiming refund can clarify this.

Hi Kizuki

Rakuten will send you a statement at the end of the year that you can submit to the tax office.
