What happens if your broker goes bust?

Hi all,

Was just wondering what happens if your broker goes bust? I'm with Rakuten.

I think that the government covers regular bank accounts up to 10 million yen, is that the same for brokers? I guess maybe it's higher.

Anyway, if anyone has a link or any information on the topic it would be greatly appreciated.

Also, apologies if this has been covered before, I had a looked through the archive, but didn't come across anything.
